
Project Superintendent
Reports to: Management Team
Responsibilities:
- Participate as active member of the Management Team
- Recruit and supervise adequate volunteers from Builder Captain Company to meet the goals of the project. Typically a Trade Partner Coordinator who recruits a Records Assistant, a Company Public Relations Coordinator, a Construction Coordinator and an Administrative Assistant
- Provide regular reports to senior management of the Builder Captain Company
- Oversee the creation of an Estimated Project Budget and Timetable
- Make all reasonable efforts to see the project completed on time and on budget
- Participate in the development of an appropriate accounting and record keeping system
- Participate in Trade Partner Orientation
- Support Public Relations activities
- Support all internal and external volunteer recognition activities
- Complete Project Evaluation process
Care Provider
Reports to: Management Team
Responsibilities:
- Participate as an active member of the Management Team
- Recruit and supervise adequate volunteers from your agency to meet the goals of the project. Typically a care Provider Public Relations Coordinator and a Care Provider Bookkeeper
- Provide regular communication to your agencies volunteer and staff leadership
- Support the Project Superintendent in all aspects of project completion
- Provide leadership to maintain a positive approach to the completion of this project
- Monitor public relations plans to assure the fit within agency framework
- Continually search for way to express appreciation to all project participants
- Monitor accounting process to assure all activities are within approved budget
- Support Trade Partner and Volunteer recognition activities
- Complete Project Evaluation process
Trade Partner Coordinator
Reports to: Project Superintendent
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in creating an Estimated Project Budget and Timetable
- Complete the recruitment of all needed Trade Partners (with additional assistances when needed)
- Develop creative ways to optimize contributions in support of the project
- Participate in Trade Partner Orientation
- Recruit and supervise Records Assistant
- Participate in finalizing the accounting and record keeping system
- Assure accurate records are maintained from the first activities of the project
- Review Record Assistant reports prior to submission to the Management Team
- Support all Trade Partner and volunteer recognition activities

Records Assistant
Reports to: Trade Partner Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Review all resources related to project record keeping
- Confirm design of complete record keeping system with Trade Partner Coordinator
- Initiate system as soon as design is confirmed (even if no data is yet available)
- Submit reports to Trade Partner Coordinator as soon as system is confirmed
- Continue regular reports (helpful to confirm system before major data influx)
- Identify major project impact to Trade Partner Coordinator who will share information with the Public Relations Team
- As project nears completion assist Trade Partner Coordinator in preparing estimate final reports
- With the assistance of the Trade Partner Coordinator prepare final project report
- Be prepared to create special reports as may be needed

Reports to: Project Superintendent
Responsibilities:
- Review all materials related to the project including all construction related plans, public relations plans, record reporting processes, HomeAid activities, etc.
- Recruit and appropriately involve management assistants as needed
- Establish regular communications with the Project Superintendent
- Become thoroughly familiar with the projects budget and timetable
- Accommodate the special operational and budget aspects of volunteer trade involvement
- Participate in Trade Partner Orientation
- Support public relations activities
- Support all internal and external volunteer recognition activities
- Complete Project Evaluation process
Care Provider Public Relations Coordinator
Reports to: Project Public Relations Team
Responsibilities:
- Participates as an active member of the Project Public Relations Team
- Identify and appropriately involve public relations resources associated with your agency
- Identify and appropriately involve new creative resources
- Continually search for ways to thank involved Trade Partners and volunteers
- Contribute to the design of the Project Public Relations Plan
- Monitor care provider and project activity for opportunities and threats
- Complete care provider related responsibilities related to plan implementation
- Assist Care Provider Executive to appropriately address any controversial issues
- Promote cooperation among all other project volunteer leaders
- Complete Project Evaluation process
HomeAid Executive
Reports to: Management Team
Responsibilities:
- Participates as an active member of the Management Team
- Interrupts HomeAid model to the Management Team
- Monitor adherence and variance from model
- Provides conduit to other HomeAid projects nationwide
- Provides quality assurance to both Builder Captain Company and Care Provider
- Arranges to have quality insurance for all aspects of the project
- Provides ongoing third party recognition to Builder Captain Company, Care Provider, Trade Partners and other volunteers
- Manages expectations to maintain realistic goals
- Source of standardized forms and materials used by other HomeAid projects
- Coordinate and summarizes Project Evaluation Process
HomeAid Communications Director
Reports to: Project Public Relations Team
Responsibilities:
- Participate as an active member of the Project Public Relations Team
- Identify and appropriately involve public relations resources associated with other HomeAid projects
- Identify and appropriately involve new creative resources
- Continually search for ways to thank involved Trade Partners and volunteers
